I thought the stripes would be more of a rust color based on the photo, but they are definitely a red. I should've guessed based on the product description "wine stripe", so just a heads up! Beautiful quality pillow case! The textile is lovely and the cover is sewn together beautifully. Was hesitant to order such a pricey pillow cover, but it's definitely worth the price.
